Henry Aaron, senior fellow of the Brookings Institution, will be the keynote speaker of the forum.

Following Dr. Aaron's presentation, a panel of North Carolina scholars will comment on the symposium topic and on the keynote address. The panel will be moderated by Bob Greczyn, chair of the ECU Board of Trustees and President and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
