| Summary: | Dr. Mae C. Jemison will present "Exploring the Frontiers of Science and Human Potential" as part of the Voyages of Discovery Lecture Series. Jemison was the first African-American woman in space and is the founder and President of two medical technology companies. |

Co-sponsored by the ECU Space Grant Project, the Division of Health Sciences, Joyner Library, the Ledonia Wright Cultural Center, the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Relations, and Go-Science.
