Daniel Rice, MPH, MA, director of the New Hanover Health Department, and E. Daniel Shingleton, MSW, teaching instructor in the ECU School of Social Work, will present "Yellow Jack Arrives in Wilmington: The Yellow Fever Epidemic of 1862" in the Evelyn Fike Laupus Gallery on the fourth floor of the health sciences library.
