Scholarship Instructions

Scholarship Timeline for the 2011-2012 academic year

• Application deadline: February 4, 2011

Application Instructions

1. Download and complete the Application Form
2. Download three copies of the reference form. Submit three confidential references using the official reference form. References may be submitted with this application if they are in a sealed envelope with the signature of the reference provider across the flap or they may be sent directly to Gayle McLawhorn in Speight 102B, Greenville, NC 27858 for inclusion in your application file.
3. Include a copy of your ECU grades (accessed through One Stop)
4. Turn in your completed scholarship application packet (Application Form, references, and OneStop course record) to Gayle McLawhorn, Speight 154 by February 4, 2011.
5. If a scholarship is awarded, the recipient agrees to attend the scholarship ceremony on April 5, 2011. Formal invitations will be mailed to the award recipients.
