Application Instructions

The following forms are PDF documents that can be opened on your computer and printed out. You must have Adobe Reader to open these forms. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free.

1.   Download and complete the Application Form

2.   Download three copies of the reference form. Submit three confidential references using the official reference form. References may be submitted with this application if they are in a sealed envelope with the signature of the reference provider across the flap or they may be sent directly to Mrs. Maha Banning in Speight 102 A, Greenville, NC 27858 for inclusion in your application file.

3.   Include a copy of your ECU grades (accessed through One Stop)

4.   Turn in your completed scholarship application packet (Application Form, references, and OneStop course record) to Mrs. Maha Banning, Speight 102 A by January 31, 2008.
