Ms. Jessica Milleris responsible for managing and overseeing the state operating fund. She assists the Department Chair in the development of the annual State operating budget. She also manages special, startup and assigned grant funds. She tracks and balances all transactions including purchases, travel and student payroll on her assigned funds. She reconciles all Procard billings in the department. She reviews, tracks and reports F&A return on all grants. Ms. Miller received a Bachelor's of Science (B.S) in Accounting from Elizabeth City State University in May 2010.
