Advising Center

 

The Elementary Education Club and the SNCAE (Student Chapter of the North Carolina Association of Educators) are open to all Elementary students from freshman through senior years. These clubs provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn from interesting programs and to meet other students in their major and in teacher education, as well as enjoy refreshments, win door prizes, and participate in professional activities off campus! Meeting times and places are posted throughout the Speight Building.

Open to all intended and declared elementary education majors. The club meets, on the average, twice a month and features interesting programs and speakers designed to inform, entertain, and inspire Elementary students. Refreshments, door prizes, newsletters, handouts, and opportunities to earn Special Service Awards are regularly included. The Elementary Education Club bulletin board is across from the Advising Center (203 Speight).
