East Carolina University's Division of Continuing Studies handles individual registration and exit procedures for all participants. If your school system or individual school wishes to submit group registration of more than 10 participants, please call the Reading CEU Project Director, Terry Atkinson at (252) 328-2889 or contact her via email at atkinsont@ecu.edu.

Enrollment for each module is limited to 20 participants. Interested teachers should register directly with the Division of Continuing Studies through the registration link on this website (click on "Reading CEU Modules Available" link at left). The cost for each module is $80.00. Enrollment and registration for each module will close on midnight of the last day of each month. On the 6th day of the month for which you registered (or the first business day thereafter if the 6th falls on a weekend), participants will receive an email from the Division of Continuing Studies stating their Blackboard user name (email user name entered during registration) and password (last 6 digits of SSN#).

Participants will be expected to log on to Blackboard and contact their instructor as soon as they receive this email message (https://blackboard.ecu.edu). Teachers will have the remainder of the month to complete the module. At midnight on the last day of each month, all participants who have completed all work in the module will have earned one CEU credit.

Those who have not completed the module at that time are removed from the module roster and receive no credit. They may, if they wish, register again for the same module by paying the $80.00 fee, through the Division of Continuing Studies. A CEU certificate will be mailed from the Division of Continuing Studies to the participant's home address approximately 2-3 weeks after module completion.
