The Reading Program Area at East Carolina University offers many opportunities for professional development in all areas of literacy and literacy instruction.  Reading courses are included within many programs, and include coursework leading to North Carolina A-Level and M-Level Reading Licensure, and the M.A.Ed. in Reading Education degree.  For more information, please contact Area Coordinator for Reading Dr. Terry Atkinson at (252)328-2889 or atkinsont@ecu.edu.
