Assistive Technology Lab

The Assistive Technology (AT) lab is the primary component of the Irene Howell Assistive Technology Center. The lab contains a remarkable inventory of assistive technologies. It is designed to serve students, educators, and the community. You are welcome to stop by for an informal visit or contact us if you would like to tour the lab and exchange information.

The Assistive Technology Center is a Don Johnston Learning Center http://www.donjohnston.com/ that provides the latest software for individuals with Learning Disabilities. In addition, the lab is equipped with software available from Laureate Software that provides learning solutions for individuals with Autism, PDD and developmental disabilities http://www.laureatelearning.com/professionals602/index.html

Directions:

 

You simply follow 5th street up through town and you will see campus on your right. You will come to the end of campus  (Rivers Building) and turn right onto Maple Street. The first Stop Sign - Turn Right ( 6th Street). The next Stop Sign Turn right into the parking lot. Go to the end of the parking lot and on the right (tree-lined) you will see a spot marked AT Lab parking. Call me when you get to the spot or close to campus so I can run out a parking tag to you so you won't get ticketed.
