Dr. Marsha Tripp previously taught general education and special education in the public schools.  She served as Administrator for Special Education Programs for the Beaufort County Schools for twenty-four years.  She was recognized for her outstanding leadership role by the Northeast Administrators of Special Education in 2004.  Her published works include professional journal and books.  Her most recent publication was a book co-authored with Dr. Allan Glatthorn titled Standards Based Learning for Students with Disabilities.  Dr. Tripp is highly qualified in both general and adaptive curriculum.   She is also highly qualified in EC Multi-Subject (English, Math, Science and Social Studies) and licensed as a EC Program Administrator.  She has presented at numerous state and national conferences and is especially interested in advocating for quality instruction that is effective for all students.
