Information for Those Facing Imminent Graduation

If you are graduating within the next year, the following items should help you.

Senior Summary

Early in the semester before your last one, see your advisor to complete a "senior summary". The undergraduate catalog states:

At least two semesters prior to graduation, each student must, in consultation with the unit administrator or designee, complete a senior summary sheet to be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar and complete the application for graduation on a form that is available in the Office of the Registrar, departmental offices, the cashier's office, and on the World Wide Web.

After you sign your senior summary, you MUST go to the registrar's office to apply for graduation. You must do this very early in the semester you intend to graduate; see the official calendar for details.

Effective with the beginning of Fall 2002 semester, students are no longer required to pay the $25 application fee for graduation. This fee is now incorporated into the student fee structure.
