Licensure
To receive a license update in North Carolina, one must complete licensure form U and licensure form V,  and a check for $55.00 (written to DPI) and send to East Carolina University, Department of Educational Leadership, 5th Street, Ragsdale 210, Attn: Gwen Joyner, Greenville, NC 27858-4353.
