Job Placement
MLS students have access to information and opportunities for placement, career information, resume assistance, and career exploration through the ECU Career Center (http://www.ecu.edu/career/).
In addition to the general placement services offered by ECU, the MLS program maintains a Library and Information Science Job List to various web sites that list specific library and information science/studies related vacancies as well as career education resources. This list is also maintained on the Library Science Advising Center (LSAC) in Blackboard. Job announcements placed on professional e-mail listservs are regularly forwarded to the appropriate MLS program student/alumni listservs.
