Criteria for Portfolio Requirements

The MAEd program portfolio enables students pursuing the MAEd in Instructional Technology to synthesize their EDTC courses, projects and relevant experiences. It is designed to help students assemble, organize, and discuss materials relevant to their career goals. At the end of a student's graduate program, one must complete this portfolio in order to graduate. For master's students seeking school licensure, the "Reflection" statement is of special importance. There are two main pages needed for the portfolio: The Homepage and the Projects Page template. The Projects Page is used to link to each of your artifacts and reflective writings. Note the designated artifacts for each course listed in the MAEd template. Artifacts may be formatted as .doc, pdf, ppt, or any number of file formats, and of course you may prefer to convert everything to html files. Many students find it easier to simply link artifact files in their original format.
