March 15, 2007: Dr. Larry Nash White was peer nominated and selected to receive one of the 50 Library Journal Shakers & Movers Awards for 2007. Dr. White was one of the 50 recipients from over two hundred nominations for this year's award. The editors of Library Journal annually identify the emerging leaders of the library world who are considered to be the most innovative, creative, and capable of making a difference in the library world today and in the future from across the United States and Canada.
