Each year, the American Association of University Administrators (www.aaua.org) gives several dissertation awards for work that deserves broader dissemination. Dr. Susan Beck-Frazier’s work, "Perceptions of selected university deans' leadership behavior," received the Leo and Margaret Goodman-Malamuth Dissertation Award. Leo Goodman-Malamuth, a career administrator, gave a small gift to the AAUA to make this award possible.
