November 3, 2006: Dr. Fogarty has received a 2006 Outstanding Doctoral Student Award from the National Association for Gifted Children for her doctoral work at the University of Connecticut. This award is given to honor the top doctoral students in the field of gifted education each year. She was recognized at the organization’s national conference which was held in Charlotte, NC November 1-5, 2006.
