COE Professional Advisory Board

COE Junior Advisory Board

In September 2011, the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Patriarca, created a Junior Advisory Board (JAB). The purpose of this board is to share the experiences of students in the college with the Dean and administrators, to advise the Dean on new ideas, to help establish a culture of giving amongst students, and to provide lasting leadership opportunities for board members. The Board will expand the perspectives of the College and ensure that students are considered when making decisions.

Homecoming Weekend - To celebrate Homecoming weekend, the College of Education would like to invite you to connect with your alma mater at our annual "Breakfast on the Porch" Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the Speight Building right before the Homecoming Day Parade on Fifth Street in Greenville.

Please consider supporting the excellence of an ECU College of Education education. Gifts from alumni and friends provide the support that ensures our tradition of excellence. You can make a contribution to the ECU College of Education in variety of ways. Explore them by visiting our Giving to the COE page.

The Educators Hall of Fame recognizes and highlights the service of those educators to whom East Carolina alumni and friends are most grateful. This permanent recognition is displayed prominently in the Speight Building. Donations to this fund support a four-year scholarship offered to incoming freshmen who have intentions of majoring in education.
