The Wachovia Partnership East Northeast Consortium Office, located on the Beaufort County Community College Campus, will serve as a central location for all information relating to Northeast Consortium and virtual consortium students. Ms. Laura Bilbro-Berry is the hub site coordinator.  Interested students should schedule an initial appointment with Ms. Bilbro-Berry. Copies of all college transcripts should be brought to the initial meeting. Plan to spend one hour in the initial meeting. Office hours vary during the semester, and are influenced by office responsibilities.  When Ms. Bilbro-Berry is teaching, attending related meetings at other campuses, or otherwise not in Room 21, Building 11, students are encouraged to leave messages (252) 940-6384 or to email.
