The Virtual Consortium is a collaboration between the ECU College of Education and North Carolina Community Colleges. Our goal is to offer Bachelor Degree programs through totally online delivery.
The Wells Fargo partnership East Virtual Consortium office, located on the Pitt Community College campus, will serve as a central location for all information relating to Virtual Consortium students. Ms. Karli Ruscoe is the hub site coordinator. Interested students should schedule an initial appointment with Ms. Ruscoe. Copies of all college transcripts should be brought to the initial meeting. Plan to spend one hour in the initial meeting. To schedule an appointment, call the office (252) 493-7659 or send an appointment request via email.
Office hours vary during the semester, and are influenced by office responsibilities. When Ms. Ruscoe is teaching, attending related meetings at other campuses, or otherwise not in the office, students are encouraged to email her at ruscoek@ecu.edu.
