|
Faculty & Research Our faculty conducts research that improves the education enterprise and impacts how children learn in schools. Our scholarly efforts are based on the recognition of and respect for the promise of every child. Education faculty members frequently reach across campus to collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines to create innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions to education problems. Much research occurs in school settings, where strategies can be tested and ideas translated into practice. The new knowledge generated from our research addresses some of the most critical challenges facing education today, including the teacher shortage, student assessment, the achievement gap, rural education and early childhood development. Please contact the College of Education Grants and Funded Research office so we may help you with your funding and grants/contracts activities. |
