For Incoming Freshmen Planning to Enter ECU through Project STEPP in Fall 2013:
Please note that a freshman is defined as a student transferring fewer than 30 credit hours from another postsecondary institution. Students who will be transferring 30+ credit hours to ECU should complete the transfer application.
