Project STEPP Application Checklist

 

Thank you for thinking about Project STEPP and completing your application packet.  Before submitting your packet, check to be sure that you have:

 

□  Completed this application packet in its entirety

□  Included (or requested to be sent directly) current transcripts

□  Included a copy of your last school psychological evaluation or re-evaluation

□  Attached to this application copies of official SAT or ACT score reports

□  Completed your personal essay and attached it to your Project STEPP application

□  Given a recommendation form and stamped and addressed envelope to two of your current or previous teachers.
