For Transfer Students Planning to Enter ECU through Project STEPP in Fall 2013:

Please note that a transfer student is defined as a student transferring at least 30 credit hours from another postsecondary institution. Recent high school graduates who will be transferring fewer than 30 credit hours to ECU should complete the freshman application.

The required forms are linked below. Please follow all instructions carefully. (You will need Adobe Reader to download the application forms.)

Although the application deadline for the 2013 cohort has passed, interested students are welcome to submit a late application packet. Please contact us (see below) to find out how far along we are in the admissions process and how likely it is that we will be able to fully consider your application at this time.
