2009 Senior Orientation Registration Ends 5:00 p.m.
(All changes must be approved by Melissa Churchwell Rains after this date!)

Resume and Cover Letter Due to School System Contact for Senior Orientation
Please send your resume and cover letter to the School System Contact for the system in which you are participating for Senior Orientation 2009.
DO NOT SEND A COVER LETTER AND RESUME TO A SYSTEM THAT YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED TO ATTEND.  We ask that you limit your contact with the system until after you have received acknowledgement from the system contact that they are preparing for your visit.

February 9
Fellows Notified of Senior Orientation Acceptance
Fellows Notified by School System of Acceptance for Senior Orientation (Fellows who have not received confirmation by this date may contact School Systems

February 10
Due: Student Special Requests – STUDENTS LETTERS ARE SUBMITTED TO ECU TF OFFICE.  ECU TF Office sends letters with a form and Director authorization to the state office for the NC Teaching Fellow Commission’s approval.

February 23
Due: Requests to Delay Participation in Discovery 2009
Fellows who have permission to delay Discovery until 2009 cannot receive another delay.
APPROVAL TO DELAY PARTICIPATION IS RARE.
Use the Green Form obtained from your Director or online for all Summer Enrichment Requests.

March 2 - March 6: March 9 – 13: March 16-20 (Depending on your school system)
