Application Process
ECU Maynard Scholarship Program
$20,000 Scholarship for High School Seniors Interested in Teaching!

$5,000.00 yearly for 4 years


Scholarships Awarded Each Year
In order to apply for this scholarship, candidates must meet the qualifications needed to attend local interviews for the Teaching Fellows Scholarship.

 

Candidates also must reside and complete teaching service payback in one of the following counties:

Applications are available online at www.coe.ecu.edu/maynardscholars (located on the left side of the menu)and must be postmarked by February 13, 2009.
Interviews will be held in April 2009.

If Maynard applicants are awareded the NC Teaching Fellows scholarship or an alternate, they are no longer eligible to receive the Maynard Scholarship.
