Most DE courses at HHP are taught online using the Blackboard learning management system.  If you're already a student you can log in using your PirateID to get access to the courses you're registered for.  Limited guest access is available.

ECU's Blackboard support page is a great place to find answers to common questions about Blackboard.  This should be your first step when you have trouble.

OneStop is ECU's information portal for students and faculty.  OneStop can be used to find all sorts of ECU related information.

Find answers to common technology related questions, download software, locate ECU technology resources, find computer training and more.  This is also the place to submit a trouble ticket if you can't find the answer to your question.

ACE can help students get their new laptops setup, as well as assist students with any problems that they have related to installing software, dealing with viruses, or getting connected to ECU's Wireless Network.  They also provide training and access to special software that ECU makes available to students.
