DegreeWorks is the Undergraduate Graduation Process implemented by the Office of the Registrar.
As part of this process:
- All departments will be responsible for ensuring student records in Banner are accurate in terms of the student's catalog year, program, major, minor/concentration, etc... (please contact your advisor if anything needs to be updated)
- Course substitutions, waivers, and adjustments to degree requirements must be submitted electronically to the Office of the Registrar through the DegreeWorks. (please contact your advisor if anything needs to be updated)
- All Banner information in the student record must be accurate prior to the student applying online for graduation.
- Students will be "checked out" for graduation with their DegreeWorks audit. A note will appear in the DegreeWorks audit once the student has been cleared for graduation.
