DegreeWorks is the Undergraduate Graduation Process implemented by the Office of the Registrar.
As part of this process:
- All departments will be responsible for ensuring student records in Banner are accurate in terms of the student's catalog year, program, major, minor/concentration, etc... (please contact your advisor if anything needs to be updated)
- Course substitutions, waivers, and adjustments to degree requirements must be submitted electronically to the Office of the Registrar through DegreeWorks. (please contact your advisor if anything needs to be updated)
- All Banner information in the student record must be accurate prior to the student applying online for graduation.
- Students will be "checked out" for graduation with their DegreeWorks audit. A note will appear in the DegreeWorks audit once the student has been cleared for graduation.
