Foundations Curriculum
Students must have at least 42 semester hours of foundations curriculum (FC) in order to graduate and at least 32 of these hours completed before they may declare. There are six categories under FC, listed below. Depending on the student’s major, certain classes in each category are required by the major. Students must refer to the left hand side of their major’s checksheet for this info! Students should utilize our FC Worksheet to help determine what foundations curriculum courses are required by their major and where they have free choice. Once this has been identified, students should look at the FC Newspaper to determine what courses to register for where they have free choice.
