New Student Page

This page is where students who are new to the HHP Advising Center may find important resources/information about advising and their new major.  New students should read below and follow the directions as listed.

Step-by-Step DIRECTIONS:

  1. Download the zipped new student folder that is applicable to you (choose to save file, if no choice is given for location it will save zipped folder to desktop or PC's download folder).  If you are a new freshmen or a student who recently changed to a HHP major, choose to download the “New Student Folder.”  If you are a new transfer student, choose to download the “New Transfer Folder.”
  2. Unzip folder to access resources/information.  See steps below.
  3. Download applicable planning tools for your major.  At the very least, you should download your major's checksheet and 4 year plan.
  4. Create a folder on your personal computer for advising.  Save all documents here that you just downloaded.
