Research Interests:
The overarching goal of my research is to promote the health, well-being, and empowerment of women through physical activity. Some particular areas of interest include the impact of motherhood and marital status on physical activity; theory-based behavioral interventions to promote physical activity; community engagement; and using a mixed methods (i.e. quantitative and qualitative methodologies) approach to research.
