ECU Homeschool Physical Education

Program Information:
The ECU Homeschool Physical Education program is part of the ECU Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) program. Classes will be taught by college students in the Physical Education Teacher Education program. All lesson plans and instruction will be supervised by Eva Price and Allen Adeimy.  Children will be divided into various groups to allow children to work at developmentally appropriate levels.

Children will be introduced to a variety of physical activities designed to help the children improve motor skills and fitness level, as well as help foster peer relationships. Activities can include cooperative games, field games, team sports, general motor skill building, SPARK activities and various fitness concepts. More information on the SPARK curriculum can be obtained through http//

The registration and liability waiver form can be requested through email from . One registration form, one liability waiver form, and one media consent and release form needs to be filled out for each child. Please be prompt in returning your forms for we did have to create a waiting list this semester due to increasingly high interest. We have over 120 children who would like to participate in the program, however we can only hold 80 children in our facility. Once your form is received, I will send out email confirmation. It is very important that you inform us any allergies or concerns that you have for your child.
