  • Declared School Health Promotion major
  • Demonstrate educational leadership potential
  • Involvement in profession
  • 2.5 min. GPA for Undergraduate
  • 3.0 min. GPA for Graduate
Patricia C. Dunn Scholarship $500/year Full-time Undergraduate
  • Declared major in HLTH Education & Promotion
  • Involvement in profession
  • Evidence of volunteerism
  • 2.5 GPA
  • Financial justification
Ronnie P. Barnes Scholarship Up to $1200/year Full-time Undergraduate Junior or Senior 
  • Declared Major in Athletic Training
  • Demonstrate commitment to the study of and a career in Athletic Training
  • Adherence to the ECU sports Medicine Code of Ethics
  • Demonstrate leadership potential
  • 2.5 GPA overall, with 3.0 in Athletic Training courses
  • Application deadline is May 15
Michael Bunting Scholarship Up to $1200/year Full-time Undergraduate
  • Major in H&HP
  • 3.0GPA
  • Letter of recommendation  from faculty
  • Document financial need, scholarship, citizenship, dedication
  • Prefer NC student
Mollie Berry Davenport  $1000 annually Full-time Undergraduate or Graduate
  • Declared Major in the department
  • NC student
  • Non-traditional student if possible
  • Demonstrate financial need
Athletic Training Alumni Scholarship $500 total/$250 per semester Full-time Undergraduate
  • Declared Major in Athletic Training
  • Demonstrate commitment to the study of and a career in Athletic Training
  • Adherence to the ECU sports Medicine Code of Ethics
  • Demonstrate leadership potential
  • 2.5 GPA overall, with *3.0 GPA in Athletic Training courses

Henry VanSant Memorial $500 annually Full-time Undergraduate
