Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation

The comprehensive fitness evaluation includes the following:

Physical Examination

  • Medical History
  • Resting 12-Lead ECG
  • Complete Blood/Urine Analysis
  • Blood Pressure Assessment
  • Cardio-Respiratory Physical Examination

Graded Exercise Test

  • Stress Electrocardiogram (EKG)
  • Determination of Fitness Level

Body Fat Assessment

  • Hydrostatic Weighing
  • Skinfold Measurements

Pulmonary Function Tests

Strength and Flexibility Tests

Coronary Risk Profile

Exercise Prescription

Individualized Exercise Consultation

*ECU Discount $275.00

Optional programs and services may include nutritional assessment, individual diet plan, follow-up blood analysis, follow-up hydrostatic weighing, maximal oxygen consumption, supervised exercise program, and personal training.

How Do I Sign Up? Preliminary fitness evaluations are performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and then your medical examination and exercise tests are scheduled.
