Cardiovascular assessment on treadmill

Cardiovascular Risk Assessment

This program is designed to establish a participant's heart disease risk and provide insight on modifying heart disease susceptibility.

This is a comprehensive cardiovascular program that goes beyond assessment; participants receive a thorough report of their results in addition to individualized exercise and lifestyle modification. Funds generated through our program support student fellowships and research in the Human Performance Laboratory (HPL). The laboratory is housed within the College of Health and Human Performance and the Department of Kinesiology.
