TESTIMONIALS

The participants, regardless of whether they were athletes, coaches, trainers, or sports administrators were unanimously delighted by every aspect of the program.

Carlos A. Lomba, Triathlon from Puerto Rico said:

"MUCHAS GRACIAS!  Sharing with you all was a very positive and educational experience.  All the information that was gathered from test results has been very helpful in my training.  I've been able to incorporate in my workouts the recommendations offered by your staff."

A coach who had several athletes participate in the Walker Center's programs said:

"I have athletes who compete all over the world. The work the Walker Center is doing has been needed for so long it's the greatest thing in the world. You shouldn't be keeping this thing a secret! The kids I had go through the program can't stop talking about it. One thinks it's the best experience he's ever had. I want to send all of my people the next time you hold a session."

Another coach said:

"These tests are going to provide me with the tools I have been missing to help me prepare my runners to perform at their best."

On administrator who attended only part of a session because her athletes were not able to come at the last minute said:

"I can't believe what a fantastic opportunity they're losing out on. The information and recommendations these tests can provide is a gold mine. We have runners with incredible raw talent, applying this information could make them improve their performances so much."

Another administrator said:

"Everything is so well done, so well organized. We are very happy to be here because we are form a small country and do not have very much money to put into developing our athletes. We want to concentrate on developing athletes in individual sports, instead of team sports, and the information we got from the Walker Center is worth much more than the money it costs to come here."

A trainer who attended one of the programs said:

"The tests that were done and information that was provided on how to prevent injuries, and how to recover more quickly from an injury, was, by itself, well worth the time to come here."

An athlete, a sprinter whose sprint start test results showed him how to start and run the first ten meters of his race almost 2/10 tenths of a second faster than his previous best time, had this to say:

"This is fantastic! Everything. This teaches me so much about my body and how I can improve my training and my performance. I really liked the strength test. I understand how it is important to me and what I must do to improve myself."
