What is Camtasia?
Camtasia is a software program used to create screen capture videos of a computer screen. Recorded with or without voice narration, the screen captures can be annotated after recording and can include imported still pictures or background music. The final video, whether flash, AVI or M4V format, can be uploaded to the Web, burned to CD/DVD or produced as an iPod video file. Common uses of Camtasia include creating tutorials, organizing Web site tours and producing video/audio podcasts.
