Support

Pirate Techs Student Computing Support Center has two walk-in locations where students request help with network connectivity, mobile email setup, Microsoft software installation, virus/Trojan horse issues, spyware/malware infections and more. Pirate Techs is a certified, full-service repair center for Dell, Lenovo and Apple computers with limited hardware support for most other computers.

Computer Purchase

While it is not required that students purchase a computer through ECU, the Dowdy Student Stores computer department does offer online purchase of Dell, HP, Lenovo and Apple computers specifically designed to meet academic program requirements. Updated annually, check the list below to see which models are offered and specific program specifications.
