Residence Halls - Voice Mail Instructions
Your residence hall telephone number has been assigned a "family-style" voice mailbox. This provides two voice mailboxes to a single telephone number. Caller will receive the option of pressing 1 or 2 for you or your roommate's voice mailbox. Each occupant of the room programs the names, greetings and personal passwords. Your default password is 1111. This should be changed to a new personal password as soon as possible. Please delete all messages once you have listened to them. The system will automatically purge any messages over 14 days old and they cannot be retrieved. For detailed instructions, please refer to your "Call Answering User Guide."
