Walk-In Help Desk

The Walk-in IT Help Desk offers convenient IT support to faculty and staff with an office located on both campuses.  Students requiring IT assistance should visit one of the Pirate Tech Support Centers.

 All Pirate Tech locations will be closed Friday, April 14 through Sunday, April 16.

We resume regular business hours on Monday, April 17.

Pirate Techs Student Computing Support Center

Pirate Techs Student Computing Support Center has three walk-in locations where students request help with network connectivity, mobile email setup, Microsoft software installation, virus/Trojan horse issues, spyware/malware infections and more. Pirate Techs is a certified, full-service repair center for Dell, Lenovo and Apple computers with limited hardware support for most other computers
