About ITCS
Information Technology and Computing Services (ITCS) supports the planning, coordination and implementation of computing on the ECU campus and provides the computing products and services related to the instruction, research and service goals of East Carolina University.
Our mission is excellent information technology (IT) support for faculty, staff and students through applied efficiency and effectiveness to the university's core technologies while deploying innovative new technologies throughout our growing campus.
ECU’s information technology (IT) road map is developed and updated by the Information Resources Coordinating Council (IRCC) which guides the selection of campus-wide information technology projects.
Through partnerships with campus departments, fellow universities and surrounding industry to invest in IT infrastructure, ECU continues to rise to the next level in administrative applications, faculty research and community outreach.

East Carolina University, through innovative information technology initiatives and service, shall provide opportunities for the ECU community to excel in teaching, research and service using state-of-the-art technology and leading-edge collaborative environments.
