Issue: Symantec Live Update fails to update
Recommended Action: Download and install virus definitions manually. Follow these instructions
Issue: "Network Error! The application experienced an internal error loading SSL libraries (12157)"

Issue: "Network Error! The server name could not be resolved (12007)"
Recommended Action: Follow these instructions

You can receive assistance with CCA by:
-Watching our online video tutorial for connecting online in the resident halls. If you are unable to see this just pick up a cd from your room or Rawl 108.
-Bringing your computer to the ACE Student Computer Support Center, 108 Rawl. Hours are 8am-6pm M-Th, 8am-4pm on Friday.
-Calling the IT Help Desk, 328-9866. The staff can walk you through possible solutions, as well as create a service request for RezNet. The RezNet staff will then contact you for an appointment.
