Vendor Partnerships
ECU has formed partnerships with Lenovo (formerly IBM) and Apple to provide affordable computers to ECU students through the ECU Dowdy Student Stores. These models are based on the specifications of the various academic departments participating in the ACE initiative.

Purchases

Students purchasing preferred models will receive on-campus support for hardware and software, as well as training on using and maintaining their computer.

All students are eligible to purchase these preferred models and receive the support and training.

Students should check with their academic departments to determine specific computer needs for their academic major before making a selection.

No student is required to purchase a particular computer.
