To request that an application be developed or modified for your department by Software Development Services (SDS), please follow this procedure:

• Submit "ITCS SDS Request for Service" on OneStop
• Request is approved by your supervisor
• Request is assigned to SDS team member in the appropriate area

To request that a web application be developed or modified to exist in the OneStop portal:

• Submit "ITCS SDS Request for Service" on OneStop
• Request is approved by your supervisor
• You will be contacted by NTDG's (New Technology Development Group) Project Manager to discuss the project.
• Based on NTDG's project load, the application will be prioritized and assigned a projected development schedule.
• The process of prioritizing projects that NTDG works on is influenced by recommendations from the ACC (Academic Computing Committee).
