3. If it is a General Ledger question:
   1. Check the FAQ's 
   2. If not in the FAQ document, contact your Departmental Expert.
      
4. Departmental Expert:
   1. Responds to End User
   2. If Departmental Expert needs assistance, he/she will contact Anne Suggs who will contact the Functional Lead for an answer.
      
5. Functional Leads:
   1. Responds to Departmental Expert
   2. If Functional Lead needs assistance, Functional Lead will address problem with the Triage Team. 
      
6. Triage Team:
   1. Determines if concern is a critical issue and if it is a software defect.
   2. If the Critical Issue is not a Defect, Triage Team will:
      • Develop appropriate resolution
      • Update all documentation
      • Update training procedures
      • Send communication to all affected users
      • Liaison will add information to FAQ documents
   3. If the Critical Issue is a Defect:  Triage Team will gather all data, record defect for tracking and report it to SCT.
