Session leaders can break the main session into multiple breakout rooms for group or individual lab exercises. The leader can "look over the participant's shoulder" and even take control of his/her application or provide interactive assistance.
SabaCentra provides the option to attend a meeting through your internet browser using Java. This option enables you to logon to a SabaCentra event even if you are using a computer on which you do not have administrative rights. The browser client does not provide the wide variety of features available when using the rich client, however it is a good option if you find yourself trying to log on to SabaCentra for a computer that is not your own, or if you experience problems while installing the rich client.
The session leader can control which participants have the ability to speak and interact with the collaboration tools.
Once an event has come to an end, participants in an event have the ability to download a pdf document containing all of the information covered during the event. The pdf contains uploaded Power Point slides, Whiteboard images, Survey questions, Appshare screenshots and more.
