Yes, the newest version of the Cisco Network Access Control (NAC) Agent is required. Be sure to uninstall any previous version first.
Do I need to install the Cisco NAC agent on my Mac system?
No, that is not a requirement for Mac systems at this time.

Where can I download the network security service software, Network Access Control (NAC) Agent for my Windows system?
You can download the network security service software from http://download.ecu.edu. You must be on campus for access.
What happens if I use my computer off-campus?
The security service software only interacts with ECU's network. It will not be active when you are off campus.
What are the minimum operating system levels for use on the ECU network?
Be sure you are using Windows XP or above and Mac OS X 10.6.8 or above.
How do I uninstall the NAC agent?
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Cisco NAC Agent
