Students, Get Started with E-mail

Student accounts are created for newly-accepted applicants using application information. 

For e-mail problems, contact the IT Help Desk at 252.328.9866/ toll free 1.800.340.7081 or submit an online service request through the IT Help Desk.

Account Log In:

The Pirate ID, or username, is a user's last name, first initial, and year of admittance. Note this example:

Name: Petey T. Pirate (Admitted in 2011)
Pirate ID: Piratep11
E-mail Address: Piratep11@students.ecu.edu 

Note: Every 90 days users are required to change their passphrase. For more information, go to the Passphrase Resource page.
