TO APPROVE A REQUEST:
- Click on the hot link in the email notification -OR- go to One-Stop
- Login using your Exchange/Outlook username and password
- Click ITCS SDS Service Request
- Click Approve Requests"
- Click on YES next to the request to be approved
Once approved, an email notification will be immediately sent directly to the SDS team manager responsible for that particular request. SDS will receive the request for service ONLY AFTER the request has been approved.
