TO VIEW YOUR REQUEST(S):
- Access OneStop
- Login using your Exchange/Outlook username and password
- Click on ITCS SDS Service Request
- Click on Review Requests
- Click on Service Requests Submitted by You: Pending
- Click on Service Request Number or History
Request Number: You will also be able to view the status of your request (% complete) and any comments the developer has entered
History: A historical timeline that will show whoever authorized the request, approved the request, when it was assigned, updated, and completed. This will be an auditing control log maintained with all requests and can be viewed at any time.
NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETION BY SDS: When the request is completed, the original requestor will be notified via email to log into the Request for Service system and sign off the request to indicate that the request has been satisfactorily completed.
